NJPW’s annual round robin junior heavyweight tournament returns with a bigger field of competitors going from 16 to 20 with the first two days in Sendai. These twenty wrestlers are seperated into two blocks of ten wrestlers each wrestling one another in their respective blocks with 2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss. The two wrestlers with the most points in their blocks will face each other in the final on June 5 at Ryōgoku Kokugikan. The winner of Best of the Super Jr.26 will then go on to face the current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Dragon Lee at Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall. If Dragon Lee wins the tournament, he may choose his own challenger for the match. Here are the participants and lineup for both shows:
